Delivery, Exchange and Return Policy

1. Delivery

Shipping: Texstyle Clothing Inc. ships products throughout the Quebec City region of Canada. Standard delivery time is 1 to 10 working days. However, please note that delivery times may vary according to product availability and delivery destination.

2. In-store exchanges and credit

Exchanges and in-store credit: If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging.

Upon receipt of your item, we will immediately inspect and report the status of your exchange or store credit. If your return is approved, we will provide you with store credit or an exchange, whichever you prefer.

Please note that we do not offer refunds, only exchanges or in-store credits.

3. Returns

Returns: Please contact our customer service department at [email protected] to initiate a return. We will provide you with detailed instructions for the return process.

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. We recommend that you use a traceable delivery service to return your items. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
